Same story as the others: Item was shipped - I waited - Ask for Tracking number - Lost in transit.

A pattern seems to be forming here. My emails were replied to with 1 or 2 words. So if you want to wait for items that always get lost (never shipped) & spend money on Paypal fees, use this seller. If you have better things to do than waste time & money go elsewhere.

It was the worst online experience I have ever had. Paid for 2-day shipping, then at 7:36Pm the next day I got a email asking me to call the "Verification Center" - NON toolfree. After two call (got voice mail), I finally got a return call the person transfered me to the same voice mail system. I called the main number (non tollfree) and after a silent wait got someone that I ask to cancel my order.
Ask to be transfered to supervisor (got voice mail) - left message - no callback so far.

NEVER deal with them unless you want problems and additional cost of phone calls

Ordered 2 enclosures on Feb 24 - On Mar 1 received email that the were only shipping one of them because they ran out of item. So it took them 5 days to know this - If you don't have item just say so and I will go elsewhere. Now I have to wait another 5 day to receieve the one they shipped. Will NOT deal with them again - too many other places that are more up front.
