I ordered an MSI GE-70 laptop. The pricing was extremely competitive, Steve was great helping over the phone with the sale, and my laptop arrived in record time.

More recently, I ordered an internal wifi card as an upgrade for my MSI laptop. Also on the same order was a 3 TB external hard drive. The wifi card landed today and is already installed in my laptop. It arrived in perfect condition and works like a champ. I did not get a tracking number from Fedex for the hard drive. A quick call to customer service and Holly ran it down for me pronto. NOTE: This was a Fedex issue, not a mistake on the part of Provantage.

I will continue to order from Provantage in the future. They have provided the very best customer experience for me over all other suppliers, retailer, etc. As a techie, I rely on and have a great appreciation for the company and their employees.
