“We appreciate your business and regret your dissatisfaction. It is our policy to pay for the customer's return shipping to us if the item was initially defective or if the reason for the return is an error on our part. We normally do not pay for the customer's return shipping if the reason for the return is that the customer changed his or her mind.
This widescreen monitor had a shipping weight of 23.6 lbs and the shipping carton was 25x17x13 inches. There was no shipping fee attached to the original purchase. The shipping fee to return this was set by UPS, not by B&H.
