When I first got my Canon Rebel, I aksed a friend about renting lenses to try before I bought. The two companies I was told about were LensRentals.com and a competitor. After looking at both websites, I decided to go with LensRentals. I have now rented from LensRentals.com 3 times in the past 3 years, a waterproof point and shoot camera for fun and a lens for my Rebel the first time, and just lenses the next 2 times. Each time, I have had FAST service and received great equipment. When I got ready to buy a new lens, I even emailed and asked about the difference betweenthe two I was considering and got help that way. Customer service like this hardly exists anymore, which is why I will continue to use and recommend LensRentals.com. Now excuse me, while I go to the site for my next rental...a Speedlite to try out before I buy!
