I have dealt with Visionman for the last few years. I needed to send my computer back for service. They kept it for 10 weeks before calling me to tell me it was fixed. The next week I called to ask for a tracting number and was told it was still in their factory because they ran out of foam for shipping. I asked them to send the computer via express shipping. I tracked the number to be told today that my computer was sent to an old address of mine and left on the porch. I told at least 3 people the correct address to send it to, but was told their database had not updated to the correct address. I am waiting and hoping the computer gets to me safely. Bad business practices IMO and I won't waste my money buying anything from them again. I have ordered ram chips and had to return them since they did not function properly.
