The BIOS they sold me is not for my motherboard. It crashed my system, then they would not make good on their promise of 100% satisfaction garantee. They still have not given my money back and keep dumping me off on their their tech support dept- a dept that must be staffed by one person. I have yet to get in touch with tech support but have waited on hold for over an hour, and they don't even have toll free support. What a gambit! I have filed complaints with the BBB and the FTC. Stay away from esupport.com and Unicore- they will promise the world, and reward you with a BAD ATTITUDE.
