The technicians could not close the hatch all the way. If the hatch were forced, they feared permanent damage to the hatch. (Such Irreperable damage was reported by one client on the Strong Arm website.)<br><br>Its clear that Strong Arm Gas Charged Lift Support STA #4194 and J.C.
