I did one time receive a battery that was too low voltage, however only 2 minutes on the online chat and customer support had a new one on the way which worked perfectly. The lanes I have include the airfield 800mm P-51, 800mm T-28, 1400mm T-28, as well as many SKY, Gens Ace, and Blue Lipos. It is very convenient that they are located in the US, because shipping is fast, and relatively cheap. Its nice getting orders within a couple days, not weeks.
