I ordered an OkiB4600N printer from PCRush. The ordered was handled quickly and the printer arrived quickly. The only problem was it was a 240volt machine with a European plug end. I had not read far enough into the specifications to see this fact. When I questioned why they would be selling a 240volt machine in the USA and with a European plug end. I asked for a full credit and was told I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. I understand that I did not read the spec that said it was a 240volt machine. I did open the package but it was never hooked up. Why would they not put this spec in the first few opening lines about the product? Seems to me this is a way for them to make 15% ($55.24) and then sell again to another unsuspecting customer. I will never order from here again and I will not recommend this site to anyone. Maybe a confirmation e-mail or phone call to make sure I was aware of the voltage being in the USA.
