As I am new to the modding world, I needed to speak with someone to make sure I purchased the right items. The customer support person that I spoke with was helpful, and patiently stuck with me while I added the items I needed to my shopping cart. The ordering process was easy, and my order arrived very promptly and completely. I have placed three additional orders with them since and have had the same exeperience each time. I even took time out to send an e-mail to the owner to let them know how much I enjoyed my experience with them. I will order all of my cooling components from them.
