The massage function is weak, and it does nothing to the arms and legs except place pressure on them with air bags. The back massage does not go up above the shoulders onto the neck at all either.Ive contacted the company and so far nothing has happened. I would like to get a different chair altogether.<br>UPDATE! The company is working with me and has promosed to help me resolve the issues. They have been wonderful to deal with. I am so sorry to hear your frustration. It looks like we did have a service technician contact you last week in regards to the issues you are having with the chair and I had been notified that he helped to resolve the issues. I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied and would like to further discuss the options you have on a return or exchange.
We absolutely want you to be happy with the end product and I will do everything necessary to make sure that is the end result. I am sorry we were not able to work this out last week and I will be sure we have it resolved by the end of this week.
