However, 2 weeks before my wedding they emailed me to say that they wouldn\u0027t ship in time! When I called CustomInk the agent was empathetic and reassuring. She found a way to have my koozies made and shipped in time for my big day. She spent a lot of time with me just going over ideas and options to make sure that I\u0027d be happy with the final product. They turned out amazing and the design was so much better than the original company\u0027s. In the end, not only did everyone love the koozies but they wanted to know where we got them. Turns out that I didn\u0027t even order enough!
