What a ripoff.

Ordered a pointer for my kid that he saved his money for. We paid extra for 3 day shipping. I never got any kind of confirmation email, but American Express called me 2 minutes after I tried to purchase and asked if I was the one making the charge! I should've seen the red flag. A week after I bought it, it left someplace in China I'd never heard of. 3 days after that, it left Beijing. 2 weeks later it arrived. (Why did I pay for 3 day shipping again?) There were no instructions with the unit, so we plugged in the charger and charged the battery for about 4 hours until the light turned green. We put the battery in the pointer, hit the power button, and it started smoking. Never even a flicker of light. I've now sent 2 emails, with no response. Their 'Live Help' doesn't work as others have said.

DON'T LET THE SLICK WEBSITE FOOL YOU! This place is a sham. I'll be contacting my credit card company to get my $100 back.
