The tech said it was the redheaded step child. It won't work with it. So I have returned them, I haven't heard a word in over two weeks, so I called customer service I waited for over 45 minutes to someone. It will take 30 to 45 days to get my money back, and had to pay the 15% restocking fee, WHAT A JOKE!!!! I'm pissed. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
