I recently ordered through their online store at www.outdoorbunker.com and had a VERY negative experience. They did NOT fill my entire order and the ONE item I really wanted from their site did not get shipped even though their web site showed it did. I tried calling the number on their site at least twenty times over a 10-day period at all different hours and always was put in call waiting hell that cut me off every time after 3-minutes. I submitted inquiries through their online web site 6-times and NEVER received a response. I responded to shipping notifications they sent for my one order 4-times (they split the shipment in two because they put two items on back order / did not have on hand, but their web site said they were available) and never heard back. BOTTOM LINE: ZERO customer service bordering on criminal --- they will take an order, they just won't fill it or respond when you follow up!!!
