I have had great service with this company on the two computer orders I have purchased from them. Ed and Brandon have gone the extra mile to help a novice pick and put togeather two computer systems. I had a problem with UPS shipping, which abused the boxed computer. The outside box looked as though it had been dropped five or six times. The inside box had no marks at all. The computer had shaken loose some of the cables inside. I got on the phone and Brandon took me thru putting the cables back on the right spots. Since that time I have had no problems and it works well. This company is the best. You can do no better. All the parts they use are top quality. Then they want you to send old disc in and they replace it with another one that will not work. They seem to think that you will stop sending old disc in and forget about it. When he sold the company, the new owners have been stealing from people. I had a PC case sent to them and they were to build it up to me. I was charged over $2900 on my credit card and David Capone kept telling me that some parts rere backordered and they would build as soon as they arrived. This went on for 3 months. Still no computer. They still have my case.
