Always a pleasure ordering from Newegg.com. Items come packaged very nicely and service is outstanding. Just picked up another stick of OCZ DDR333 512MB and it works great! Just makes purchasing online a great experience. Thanks guys!!!!!

Terrible customer support. I ordered 3 products from them. They shipped my order then notified me after my shipment was sent that one item was 'OUT OF STOCK AND WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE ANYTIME IN THE FUTURE' leaving me with 2 other useless items. I notified there customer support but responses would come atleast a minimum of a week later. I ended up with 2 of 3 parts of which the 2 I cannot use without the third.

Terrible customer support. I ordered 3 products from them. They shipped my order then notified me after my shipment was sent that one item was 'OUT OF STOCK AND WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE ANYTIME IN THE FUTURE' leaving me with 2 other useless items. I notified there customer support but responses would come atleast a minimum of a week later. I ended up with 2 of 3 parts of which the 2 I cannot use without the third.
