I ordered this for a flight but now I will not have the headphones in time. I was given no explanation for the cancelation just like the rest of the terrible reviews of this company. “We are a small company of only 10 employees. Unfortunately, it is at times necessary for us to cancel an order due to stock count errors. The inventory system we use unfortunately does not update its counts until the next business day. Sometimes this leads to discrepancies between what is available and what is sold. Your credit card was never charged, and as soon as the discrepancy was discovered your pending funds were released back to your card. We appreciate your attempt to do business with us and hope that you might soon decide to do so again in the future.”
