Ordered up a set of Creative Megaworks THX 6.1 speakers. Price was really good. Received product in 6 days from when order was placed.
Only downside is I wish they would give the actual UPS tracking# instead of "Masked For Your Protection". What are they protecting me from? Every other vendor I've ever used lets me see the tracking number!

Ordered an Albatron Geforce 6600GT AGP version on a sunday. Used their Rush processing option, figuring there would be a lot of orders to go through from the weekend, They offer to refund the rush charge if they don't get it out by that day. I was impressed to see my card did ship that monday, and it arrived via FedEX in perfect shape. Very good experience buying from them, excellent website with up to date info on where your order stands.

I'll never preorder something from them again. I expected to receive the game 2 days after the ship date, but despite being a preorder it took them another day to realize they should prepare the orders for shipping. I would have thought that since they have the games already, they could at least prepare slap some FedEX labels on them and have them all ready to go on what they had all over their website as "SHIPS AUGUST 3RD!". I guess it should have said "PREPARES TO SHIP AUGUST 3RD!"

I placed an order for a D-tek radiator with shroud and an eheim 1250 water pump. Both items arrived within a week with excellent packaging. Website was very easy to search for what I was looking for as well. Prices were pretty good.

Ordered the Lian Li hardware kit, wasn't sure if it contained the motherboard standoffs as their web site only showed a white box for the product. So I emailed them and received a VERY quick reply(especially for how late at night it was). Ordered the product and it was shipped out quickly and well packed. I'd definitly order my Lian Li parts again from them.

I ordered from frozencpu.com a LCD Temp probe, Thumb screws and a Rheobus. The Rheobus came with the wrong LED color, but customer service was extremely helpful in correcting this situation. Also a LED that had failed was replaced immediatly by them.

Customer service here is outstanding and always aiming to please.

Product selection is vast and very unique.

The best part was the shipping, orders are always shipped the same day, and for me being in the same state that meant I got what I ordered next day.

I'd also like to thank John to, who handled my matters of the return and the defective LED. I'll be sure to place my next case mod orders here.
