I have ordered from Vitacost for years, spending thousands of dollars over the years. Today, placed an order for over $200 but forgot to add one supplement. When I called later to see if they could add in on to the order before sending out the larger order, they said they could not. I asked if they would send me the supplements and waive the shipping cost since I spend so much money buying from them every few months. Every customer service rep, supervisor and manager refused to help. I will never shop from a company that does not value old customers and make decisions on a case by case basis. Their customer are not people to Vitacost. Just a credit card#.
