Update: Order placed on March 1st, It is now April 3rd and still getting the run-around, they have no idea when my order will ship and won't let me speak to anyone directly.

All I can say is WOW, Really? Followed by, simply deplorable representation and customer service!
I ordered 2 "in-stock" items on 01MAR (and to date, STILL show in stock). I waited the 7-10 days they claim it may take, still nothing, then sent multiple e-mails. I received a response saying they were having trouble with their distributers; after several other e-mails to them, on 16MAR, I finally got an extension number to dial after the recording prompt ...... finally spoke with a rep who told me the same thing, but this time admitted that they had several items on their site that were not updated and were showing in-stock when they really weren't.
I was told that the items will be coming in within the next 3 days. It is now 21MAR and still no update. How does a company get away with this when their competition ships almost immediately, followed with multiple e-mails of status, updates, etc??
Simply unbelievable. To say that I will never order anything from them again is such an understatement!! I see the BBA has many complaints already on file .... guess I should have known better when I saw the prices (which were low), but had I done more research, I would have gladly paid msrp to receive my products sometime this century.
