When I first stumbled upon powernotebooks.com I was looking for a custom ASUS laptop and few retailers offered what I was looking for in the machine. Not being familiar with the site I started to do some research and found them to be highly reputable, but it still didn't help to ease me into buying. So I reluctantly gave them a call and was almost instantly blown away, as I spoke with Abe about what I wanted and needed from my new machine he pulled up the Sager NP9370 model and began to customize it along side the Asus and was able to piece together a better system for a similar price so I went ahead and ordered that system. Of course less than a week later Sager changed the deal they were offering, but rather than push me aside Abe worked with me to get the better deal offered, less than two weeks later it has arrived in the mail and so far I am extremely impressed with what I got. Thank you Powernotebooks.com and Thank you Abe for delivering some of the best customer service I have ever seen and I look forward to recommending you guys to everyone I know.
