I ordered an Install service in december 04 and because of some technocalities my order was mutually cancelled by Blackwolf form their live chat service in June 05. I have yet to recieve the refund of my order. Credit card was charged before i even sent my xbox off. Can\u0027t even leave email for company. Could not get Live Help to work. Website has conflicting support info. Sent several emails with no response. Will never order from them again.
