Like most of the folks who have posted on this forum, I too am a victim of fraud after ordering fans from the Nexfan.com website.
My order was placed on Feb. 2, and I have only received an order confirmation, but I have yet to even get a shipping notice - let alone my 3 fans! And after reading several reviews on this forum, I am relieved to say that I am not alone in regard to this matter. Have any of you here ever considered filing a class-action lawsuit against Nexfan? It sounds as if that would be a logical option.
I admit I didn't lose that much money when making my purchase back in February - only $10.92, to be exact - but all the same, it's still a loss. And I feel bad for those of you who have placed orders for well above this amount, but still have yet to receive your merchandise. The Nexfan owner/operator will eventually get what's coming to him!
Now, since I used my debit card to place my order, I honestly believe there is no way for me to get a refund from Nexfan, considering the fact that the Nexfan owner/operator does not ever answer any of his emails or phone calls. I honestly believe he deserves to be sent to prison for about 20 years, or longer if he continues to be evasive and/or defiant.
Anyway, that's all I have for now.
