Faucet came in a reasonable period of time. The cost was not the lowest, but within a $25 range of the lowest. Package and product was undamaged, and all parts were present. The item was what was ordered, and when professionally installed, the faucet did work. I have noted some glitches where the faucet turns on when nothing touches it and have tried to touch it to turn on and the faucet refused to respond. For the most part these occasions are very infrequent. I am just sure the faucet is in the "off" position when no one is coming or going into the kitchen for long periods of time. Like at night when we go to bed.
