When things go well we tend not to leave feedback, hence feedback tends to be very negative. But, I was so pleased with the handling and shipment of my order that I had to comment. I had special shipping needs which I made very clear in the comments field during order placement. Initially there was some difficulty with my shipping needs and so I simply instructed a simpler and less complicated method. A few days later Jamie from customer service and her supervisor Carmen contacted me and informed me that they had worked it all out and that my order was being shipped (has shipped) according to my original instructions. I have had several exchanges via e-mail with Jamie and without exception the response was within an hour or two. A very positive experience with SpyTown. Thanks Jamie, thanks Carmen.
