Same things as experienced by other negative review. Found a 60D for little over 400$. Was an imported model, this was ok with me. Ordered it, received the usual you have to call to confirm.

I call to confirm and now I am being told that this camera does not come with a battery or a charger. (this is a lie, Canon does not sell incomplete camera). I just said I was ok, because I had such battery and charger already with another compatible camera. Rep confirmed me that camera was in stock.

Immediately after hanging the phone, received an email notification, camera not in stock, expect a delay of 2 weeks or more and offered me to cancel.

did call back to cancel, no question asked, they were happy that I did cancel since they did not want me to have that camera for that low price.

In the process they "reserved" 409$ on my credit Card

By the way, battery cost where 119$ each but they would give two battery for the price of one...
