I was QUITE pleased with the quality of the product, especially for the price, but when combined with the shipping - which was more than the mask itself - I almost went elsewhere. This is explained as "bulk rates," but other comparable online sites shipped for less than half of this company's rates. Had I not wanted this specific mask with these specific colors, I would have chosen a more elaborate and intricately detailed mask from another company. Their Venetian mask (which was twice the price of this mask) plus their shipping rate (using the same carrier and getting the same delivery date) would have only cost an additional dollar, but I wanted what I wanted and disregarded the over-priced shipping.
HOWEVER, with that being said, the shipment came within three days of the order, tracking was ultra-dependable, the site was extremely user-friendly, and the mask is even MORE beautiful than the picture could ever begin to capture. It's sure to be a hit at our Mardi Gras party this year, and I'm delighted enough with the company to overlook the shipping...this time. It's something they may wish to rethink and amend in the future.
Will I shop with them again next year? Because I AM so thrilled with the mask I ordered AND with their service, I will definitely revisit them in hopes they have resolved the shipping issue and lowered the cost. They are a very dependable, professional company with a seemingly limitless variety and I do HIGHLY recommend them.
