I recently ordered a higher end folding knife from KnifeWorks. Upon receiving the knife I found that it was not manufactured correctly. It was not immediately noticeable and no fault of KnifeWorks. Upset that such a high end knife could have such poor quality control, I contacted the manufacturer to resolve the problem. The manufacturer was rude and told me that it must somehow be my fault that the knife was possibly missing/ or contained a damaged a washer. Which is impossible since I never used the knife. Since the manufacturer was clearly not concerned with making things right, I called KnifeWorks. They were extremely polite and helpful, gave me a return number, and told me to send the knife back to them. I received my new knife the very same week. Almost as if they sent me a new one before they received the old one. I am very pleased with their great customer service and will definitely be using them again. Great company! Great customer service! I highly recommend them!
