Purchased a heavy duty radiator back in november of 2010, had a problem with it leaking just recently, contacted customer service and all I had to do was send 3 pictures of the problem, and they sent me a replacement free of charge, didnt even have to send the old one back. VERY VERY happy with the customer service, and the product seems to be a good quality, no complaints here, probably just a fluke that the first one had a problem.

Edit: Several months after this review the replacement order once again started leaking, this time from the bottom seam of the radiator. Contacted customer service once again, they refused to send me a replacement and told me that I likely have a bad engine instead. After discussing with customer service they agreed to have me return the radiator so that they could verify that the damage was indeed a manufacturer defect, and issue a refund. After receiving the return, I received a check in the mail for the full refund price about 2 weeks later. I am satisfied with the outcome of the return, but the product quality is extremely poor for something the customer service rep called their "top of the line performance radiator" which was supposed to be tested for extreme pressure. I will not buy a radiator barn product ever again, the advance auto parts ready rad i bought a week after this started leaking the second time has held up fine for months now.

This company is a joke, I should have known better after reading all the reviews. Ordered a BRIDE sliding seat bracket for some seats that I have for my car, placed the order on the first of the month during the middle of the week. Was notified via email that the order would ship on 12/9/2010, a little over a week after I placed the order. 12/10 here we are, no shipping information, no status updates via the website. Email customer support, about 6 hours later I get an email telling me that the item is on backorder until NEXT YEAR.

Follow Up: So after customer support tells me that the item is back ordered I respond and request that the order be canceled and my money be refunded. Customer support emails me back telling me that my order has been canceled and my refund will be processed over the next 5-7 days. 2 days later i get an email telling me my order has suddenly shipped. Finally on the 17th I received the package that I ordered, turns out my order was never canceled despite what customer service told me. BEWARE WHEN BUYING, this company has serious internal communication issues.

Ordered a compressor 7 days ago, said it will ship within 3 business days, its now 5 business days later, 2 emails to customer service, nobody knows whats going on. Filed a dispute over paypal, ill go buy it locally. Worst customer service and shipping ive ever seen.

Follow Up: Customer Service finally got back to me and told me there was an error in sending the order to the warehouse, they told me I should be receiving the tracking number very soon and it was possible the item already shipped. I told them I would leave the dispute open until I received the item. They issued a full refund this morning and canceled my order. By far the worst company ive ever dealt with.

Fast shipping, great parts selection, excellent prices. I only wish they stocked other things like fluids and other accessories, along with OEM parts.

Quite possibly the worst company i have ever dealt with. I ordered a Cold Heat Soldering Tool off their website and paid for 2 day shipping because i required the tool this week. The next day i receive a package full of batterys with no cold heat tool. I emailed the customer service department immediately about not having received the item, and they proceed to tell me that the item has been discontinued and they are only selling their stock of soldering tips, yet the website specifically says the order is for the cold heat soldering tool, and even includes a carrying case! Then they tell me that i can return the item via RMA service, telling me i have to pay for return shipping on an item i never received in the first place! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and filing a charge back on my card. Be weary of the scams they are playing with products that are no longer in stock. As if it wasnt bad enough, the packing slip, and invoice, both say the order was for the cold heat soldering tool.

Great store! Easy to use website with built in price match feature. They price matched a helmet for my mountain bike within 3 hours and had it shipped in no time flat. I highly recommend jensonusa to everyone!

Ordered an "open box" xbox 360 controller, shipment was fast, item was completely used and beat to hell, dont be fooled by these marketing tricksters, open box means USED.

Ordered twice from this company, cables came quick via UPS, and they are high quality cables. The prices are also good considering. Had an issue with billing that customer service never saw fit to get back to me about though. I would use this store again for cables.
