After doing much research, I finally chose AVA Direct based on the reviews I read here. Still, I was apprehensive dealing with a company I did not know. But I was thrilled. My computer arrived about 3 1/2 weeks after ordering, packaged well, and the quality of the build is superior.

I already knew what I wanted, so I didn't need any help up front, but I did have questions after receipt and they are very prompt at responding.

I am so happy with this, as well as relieved to find a company so reliable.

Absolutely excellent to deal with. Even over the phone, customer service took their time and helped me tremendously. Very good with returns. I've been buying from them for years and will continue to do so. Actually, a relief as well as a pleasure to deal with a business that cares about its customers.

Very good to deal with; very fast shipping. The only thing that annoys me is restocking fees on returns; but I think all computer related stores are like that now. I quit shopping at some stores because of it, but fortunately haven't had to return anything to newegg.com yet. One of the top places to shop.

Absolutely excellent. It arrived in 2 days by Fed Ex and I didn't even request expedited shipping. They have been terrific to deal with; really fast shipping and good prices on art supplies. Most impressed with this store.

Absolutely excellent. I have been ordering from Adorama for several years and have never been disappointed. Speedy delivery, competitive pricing, and very responsive.
