When I received the products, I called them to let them know the error. They offered to correct it at no cost and told us to keep what they had sent. This only encouraged us to order again. Due to the popularity of the beautiful pens & slitters, the father\u0027s are now receiving the same gift at Father\u0027s Day. When we placed the order, someone from Amsterdam called and offered us an extremely generous offer for some additional pens and we took it. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
