I was told they would ship a replacement. I finally received my product 9\/14. While I now consider the matter closed I am a little disappointed that their response to my review centered totally on FREE. They were the ones who offered the product at no charge and accepted my order accordingly. “We are in touch with this customer. He placed an order for a FREE product. We did not charge him shipping or for the product. It was completely FREE. As you can imagine we received thousands of orders for this promotional item. We will be sending this customer another FREE SD card reader. Customer says he will update his review when he receives the FREE SD card reader. Sincerely, Support”
