I have zero hope of getting any money back. Parts Giant\u0027s RMA policy is draconian to say the least (they have a miniumum $28 restocking charge and can charge up to 70% fee). But they don\u0027t answer emails or their phone. Not someone I\u0027ll ever do business with again. P.S. Subsequently found \u0022Memory America\u0022.
