Ordered two Video cards from Newegg. They shipping is always quick even if you chose the free option. I placed the order Tuesday night and expect the cards delivery Friday.

I also got stuck with a $40 price drop overnight after ordering the cards. Newegg's price match policy is that they don't, period. While this was disappointing I contacted the customer service line via chat. Even though she reminded me that they do not price match she gave me a $25 credit with no argument.

Was it perfect? No, is it satisfactory? Yes. This is the first hiccup I've had with them in the 8 years I've been buying from them. Looking forward to another smooth 8.

On a side note to all the reviews hating on Newegg for DOA and shoddy products, perhaps buy higher quality stuff made by a vendor who actually has decent customer support. If I have a product die I never RMA via Newegg because they didn't make it, I always go straight to the manufacturer and make them resolve the issue.
