I ordered a PC on 9-1, being that it was the Labor Day weekend and monday everyone had off they said it would be 5-7 days before delivery. So, thinking no big deal, i too went ahead with the order. Called mid week the next week to ask for status, they said that the processor was out of stock and that they were on back order and that they would be in within a day or two. they offered to ship the computer for free... i agreed.

Now this is where it gets fun. I started calling back EVERY DAY since the 13th and NO ONE HAS ANSWERED THE PHONE or returned my emails. I am in the process of canceling the charge with the credit card company and trying to track down the comapnies offices.

One interesting NOTE on these guys, according to their SWHOIS info for their domain, this comapny is a front or new name for another company that seems to have had a worse reputation this this one and no longer is online. I wonder if the owners are up to some tricks.
