Wow--if only I had read these reviews. Ordered a Harmony 650 control--supposedly new. Arrived with no documentation, no manual, etc. Discovered that it was clearly used. (Three devices had been entered into the unit). Printed out instructions/manual and discovered that, in order to remove the devices (TV/DVD/AV receiver) installed in the remote I had to utilize the original Harmony account by which they were entered. Of course I had no access to that account. Emailed. No response. Will challenge my charge with my credit card company, but a real pain. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
