Bought motherboard - had not screws (had been opened) will not replay to several e-mails over several days, despite getting "read-confirmations" in outlook. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. **UPDATE** Yes, I agree, it does not come with screws. The box definitely had been opened! The seal on the static bag over the motherboard was also no longer intact. Nonetheless - it took them 10 Days, I repeat --->10 DAYS

“Motherboards do NOT include any screws/bolts when they are purchased. The screws/bolts this customer is referring to only comes included with PC cases. There is no way this customer received a motherboard that was previously used because it is strictly against our company policy restock opened/used items as new. A trace on the motherboard’s serial number confirmed that. ”

Charged my credit card. E-maild me a few days later to tell me they don't have the processor. Then they never refunded my card. After several days of e-mails (they never responded) and phone calls, I finally got someone, who said they'd refund my money - they "forgot". My refund still didn't come for another 5 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Everything came perfect! Excelent job! Quick turn around. I made a mistake on one item, they helped me figure it out. One item was missing a wrench, they sent it to me, but it took a while to get the wrench here. They were helpful in getting me a RMA number.

Everything came fine. Fast processing and good customer service. It was a small order and came from canada so it took 10 days to get here. I wasn't so happy about that.. but.. other than that, Criticool is great.

Everything was perfect! I got notices every step of the order from placing it to when it shipped. My only concern is that they used USPS to ship small orders, which has no tracking number. I know its cheap, but they should really stick to shipping methods that use tracking numbers. It lets the customer know its on the way, and prevents any customer from making a fraudlant claim that they never got their package. FrozenCPU is great. I'll use them again for sure!

Liars Liars Liars. They kept saying that they had my Antec Case and they were shipping it that day. They said this for two weeks until they told me it was backordered. Then they told me it had been backordered for 3 weeks. THEN they told me when something is backordered that they get it within 2 weeks, which would mean that they SHOULD have had it allready. LIARS LIARS LIARS. And if your going to call, be prepaired to wait for at least 15 minutes. They need to hire more help.

Good.. Good. At the bottom of the page they offer items associated with your card that are missleading. For instance: With video cards they offer;
A DVI to VGA Adaptor
A Thermaltake VGA Fan
Video Ram Heatsinks
This can be missleading, becuase many of the video cards come with the DVI/VGA Adaptor, and if you buy the Thermaltake VGA Fan, it has the Ram Heatinks included in the package. Also, sometimes the product discriptions look like they are copyed from the manufactures web page, but some things are missing, which makes you wonder if they have pulled things out of the package, or it if is a different model.
