Bought a pair of expensive Nikon binoculars on March 16, to be shipped by FedX "saver." They arrived new, properly packed, with no hassel on March 18. I'd be happy to do business with them again if they again have something I'm seeking.

Price was very competitive, shipping was not excessive.

Fast and efficient.

Ordered a Minolta digital camera and Epson printer. Couldn't be sure about a couple of accessories on their web site so phoned. Courteous, knowledgeable, helpful suggestion but didn't push. Placed the order to come ground on March 16th, it was at my door March 18th. Must have been packed and shipped the day I order.

Wouldn't effect my ordering but they do print the entire credit card number on the enclosed invoice, and they weren't quite sure about the Epson printer rebates although they double checked while I waited.

Definitely would order from them again. Prompt, efficient, and helpful.
