He knows how to respond to inquiries promptly and if it isn\u0027t obvious by now, doesn\u0027t burn bridges. His primary expertise is Rolex sales at Melrose Jewelers, but they dabble in fine jewelry as well. Great experience overall, and I\u0027m looking forward to more. Other positive attributes include a pretty easy to navigate web site in conjunction with the retail location. I don\u0027t really see any glaring negatives.
