First of all he sent me used item (headphones) instead of a new one...condition of the item was really bad. Spent almost two weeks asking for a shipping label so that I return the item...no luck. Eventually decided to take a risk buying the label myself because seller promised to refund the expenses of return. Guess what, upon the return I got refund only for the item. Send bunch of emails asking for shipping and return charges refund...unfortunately got refunded only for original shipping (not return). Reported this issue to credit card company, but since the return shipping label was purchased with another card they could not help me.
