I just received my Rolex GMT II watch after a very pleasant transaction experience with Dennis Gold. The watch arrived two days after payment, and it was exactly as described on the site. The watch was in pristine condition, and met my expectations in every possible way. I just felt very comfortable with the staff personnel that I spoke with during my inquiries, and was not disappointed after making the purchasing decision. Gold delivered exactly what was promised, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends interested in purchasing a Rolex. I was not solicited to write this review, having already written to Gold about how much I appreciated the transaction and satisfaction in the product I ordered. It is obvious that the folks at Gold place a premium on customer service, and I was impressed with their company and in particular, the care they take in making the purchase of an expensive product comfortable and satisfying. Well done to Gold.
