Their free shipping sent them via UPS, who said that they left the shoes at my \u0022unattended\u0022 front door, during the day when no one was at home. When I called Shoe Buy, they said to wait for a call from UPS within 8-10 working days. On the 11th working day, I called ShoeBuy for an update. They were still \u0022researching\u0022 the problem, i.e. using my money without my receiving merchandise. I am calling American Express to dispute the charges. They entice you with $10.00 off, private sales and free shipping. You get what you pay for.
