2 Days Delivery as promised was not completed because of the need to verify credit card information. This should have been said up front so that the customers expectation could be managed. Instead an e-mail was sent after the fact and this was not noticed until 3 days later when I started to question why we had not received the order as yet. Process Improvement: Sometime reach out to the customer by phone if e-mail responses are not received after three days. Other than that, the ease of purchase, the ease of review of the products, the simplicity and clarity of the instructions to follow were excellent. Great being a cutomer of yours.
