I ordered 2 kinds of Dog Vitamins,a 6 pack of ProZyme,3 pack of Joint Max Pills & Joint Max Treats on Dec. 1st. I received everything on Dec 7th. They are in California & I'm in Florida so I thought that was very Fast! I've ordered MANY times from them & Never had a problem so I'm shocked at all the bad reviews I've read. I would definitely recomend them & will order again!!

I ordered a Heartgard 12 pack. After 1 week I wondered why have I heard Nothing from them so I called & asked if My order had shipped-Their web site says most orders ship in 3 hours. The 1st Cust. service rep said my Vet didn't Fax back the OK. Called my Vet-They had received Nothing from them! Called PFD again this time the rep said my order never made it to the Pharmacy-She didn't know why but would alert her supervisor. After a whole week you've done NOTHING with my order????? I reminded them again which pet this was for so when they Fax my vet to please say It's for Zorro since he just had a check-up. Of course when they sent it to my Vet they put Thunder for the Pet's Name!!! After calling and Emailing many times about the Script being for Zorro how could you put the wrong name-Called again & this time they got it right. It shipped on Nov. 30 but I didn't receive it until Dec. 12th-I have a feeling It didn't ship on Nov. 30 at all!!!! The only thing this company did Quickly was Charge my Credit Card!!!!! I Can Not reccomend them!!!
