Ecstatic I went with Gophermods over other PS3 repair companies. I was torn between Endless Electronics and Gophermods. Well, I'm glad I picked Gophermods to say the least. They were way more professional, actually answered my e-mails in a timely fashion, and overall gave me the customer experience I wanted. I'm always iffy about using online stuff, and especially sending my console out to a repair company, that I can't see!

They reassured me with consistent updates. I received one when they received my console, and 24 hours when they shipped it out. I received more information in the package when I unpacked my console, and they were still available to help troubleshoot a small issues with a different console I had. Even though they didn't repair that one.

Overall, a top rated experienced. I hope they expand and make their services more available.

P.S. I imagine the guys compliant below is not deserving. Yes some of my e-mail updates with into my spam filter, so maybe if that guy checked his spam, I doubt he would be calling Gophermods a scam.
