After almost one month and no returned messages except to say my order is in processing, I have no merchandise and no refund,

Oh, yeah, they billed my credit card the same day I ordered, but, they won't take phone calls and don't answer e-mails except with form letters.

Don't buy from these rip-off artists!!!!

Review Update: Part arrived 14 days after the order was placed. Part was exact fit/match. That's good, but, the wait was ridiculous.

They need to get their act together if they are going to do business on the internet.

I could have bought it locally for less grief than this.

Original Review - Grade F - After 4 days, my order is still "Pending". In other words. It has not shipped. Apologies do not get me the part I need. I recommend that you shop elsewhere. Internet businesses can do better than this.
