Agree with all of the other reviews. I ordered from the company twice and both times were horrible. The first order took 5 days to even ship and after 2 weeks I finally called and they informed me that the part was "lost in transit", even though I suspect it was never shipped because I was never given a tracking number. It then took another 2 weeks for the part to get to my house.
I gave them a second chance thinking that the first order was just a simple mistake. I was wrong. After 3 days of my order being "processed", I called and they informed me that there was a "problem in the warehouse" and it would be another week until they could get the parts to me.
Never again. I cancelled my order and went to Dennis Kirk. They let me know exactly what parts they had in stock and emailed me shipping confirmation and tracking number a few hours after I ordered.

I have no clue how putting parts in a box and shipping them off seems to be mission impossible for Powersport Superstore. Avoid them at all costs.
