i orderd a cd player for my car here. The price was the lowest around. I orderd on april 28th, and cancled on May 11th. My orders status was "processing" for the entire time. It did not say it was on backorder, it just said processing, and this is what it said for an order that is being processed on their site :
"If your order is processing for 4 or more business days (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding National Holidays), we encourage you to contact us by phone if you have yet to be contacted regarding a backorder. We generally process orders in 2 business days, but sometimes we have temporary backorders (around 7-14 days). When this occurs, we will notify you by phone (any eBay/third party customer will not be contacted by phone because your phone number is not included with the order). If the backorder is going to be longer than 7 days (1 business week), you will have the option to cancel the order. If the backorder is less than 7 days, it will be processed, and you will receive a tracking number within the 7 days."
They did not contact me to tell me my order was on backorder, and their site said the product was in stock. I e-mailed them asking to cancel, and they said i had to call them up. After waiting on hold for about 20 minutes they cancled my order. Im not sure how fast they would ship if they had the product, or how good their srevice is, but i do know they should tell me if what i ordered is out of stock instead of letting me wait 13 days without any notification. I am not satisfied with this site.
