The easiest online store that I have ever ordered from. All I had to do is click on a 3 things from 3 lists and I had every available ram option right there. No confusion at all it just worked. Signing up was completely painless and every page loaded quickly, even the credit verification page, which is important to me.

I have shopped at numerous different stores online (Other World Computing, which charged me a 15% restocking fee after I exchanged 1 defective ram chip and returned the equally defective replacement ram chip out of frustration; We Love Macs, a Yahoo store which was okay but sent me the incorrect ram for my iBook) Crucial was the easiest and they have GREAT prices. Service is second to none. The shipping options got a Satisfactory because there was only 1 $10 shipping option to Hawaii, this is not all that unusual but I cannot bring myself to say it's great for such a small and light object as a ram chip.

The object arrived right on time and it worked correctly. I actually was having trouble getting the computer to see the chip but after a really quick call to their tech support, I got an easy solution to my problem. The tech's were helpful and friendly and the ram chip is a huge boost in the computer.
